About the Role

We are looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our team at 3Pillar Global. This role focuses on building impactful software products that power digital businesses.

Key Responsibilities

→Building automation frameworks that are efficient, performant, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
→Providing accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
→Gathering requirements, validating understanding amongst the team, and creating and maintaining relevant documentation.
→Executing activities within current methodology and upholding the highest quality standards.
→Fostering collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success.
→Taking ownership of projects, from technical design to a successful launch.

Requirements

✓Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in at least one of the specified technologies: JavaScript/Typescript, Python, Playwright/Selenium.
✓Flexible in changing to or learning new tech stack when needed.
✓Data projects experience.
✓Python and Pytest programming experience.
✓Beginner to intermediate level AWS Cloud services.
✓AI experience.
✓Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
✓Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.
