About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead QA Engineer to join our team at 3Pillar Global. This role involves leading quality assurance efforts across groundbreaking projects in various industries, including urban living, media, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Technical Lead or Product Development Manager to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans
- →Lead the design and execution of test activities, focusing on critical, high-impact testing
- →Enhance and expand automation frameworks and practices
- →Serve as a primary QA contact for development and product management teams
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience with ability to lead projects, mentor, and guide the team
- ✓Experience with Java and Selenium for automation
- ✓Hands-on experience with TDD, BDD, and Cucumber
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- ✓Experience in software quality assurance, including test strategy, planning, execution, and maintenance
- ✓Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT)
- ✓Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- ✓Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines
- ✓Excellent communication skills
