About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our global UX team. This role involves working directly with US clients on mission-critical engagements to create outstanding designs that delight end users while aligning with business objectives. You will partner with global delivery teams to deliver best-of-breed products using Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

→Work independently on engagements without a UX Lead
→Guide the work of 1-2 UX designers on larger engagements
→Lead UX rituals and meetings when no UX Lead is present
→Participate in engagement agile rituals
→Ensure the UX team understands product vision, mission, goals, and user types
→Explain scope changes and reprioritizations to junior team members
→Present design decisions and recommendations to team and client stakeholders
→Set up and manage engagement tools like Figma and FigJam
→Forge strong partnerships with Product Management, Program Management, and Engineering
→Identify risks and escalate appropriately
→Mentor more junior team members
→Help prepare workshops and craft client presentations
→Participate in technical UX interviews and internal training development
→Publish UX content via LinkedIn or Medium approximately 4 times per year
→Communicate plans and status to clients, team members, and management
→Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies like AI

Requirements

✓At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing UX position
✓At least 3 years of consulting experience
✓Expertise with complex digital products, business logic, and various clients
✓Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executives
✓Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
✓Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to see the bigger picture
✓Experience working with global teams and high cultural awareness
✓Experience in facilitating workshops
✓Relationship-building skills with empathy and collaboration across stakeholders
✓Strong communication skills to distill complex information into clear messages
✓Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies
