💼 Hiring: Shopify Developer 📍 Location: Kochi 🏢 Company: 9Commerce Technologies Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing Shopify-based eCommerce websites while ensuring high performance, scalability, and an excellent user experience. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Customize and enhance existing Shopify themes in line with brand guidelines and UX best practices. ✔️ Develop custom Shopify themes, templates, and reusable components based on project requirements. ✔️ Optimize website performance to ensure fast load times and responsive design across devices. ✔️ Integrate third-party apps and plugins to extend Shopify functionality. ✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website features, payment gateways, and eCommerce workflows. ✔️ Stay updated with Shopify trends, best practices, and industry standards to recommend improvements. ✔️ Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality and consistency. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: 🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 🔹 1+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify development, including theme customization and app integration. 🔹 Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid templating language. 🔹 Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and server architectures such as Apache or Nginx. 🔹 Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. 🔹 Familiarity with version control systems like Git and standard development workflows. 🔹 Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 🔹 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 🔹 Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ⭐ Good to Have: ✔️ Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
