About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Ivanti. This role focuses on delivering high-impact Power BI solutions and empowering teams with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Power BI development: Architect, develop, and optimize robust dashboards, reports, and semantic models using best-in-class Power BI practices.
- →Drive performance: Implement advanced DAX/M development, aggregations, and composite models, ensuring scalable and high-performing BI solutions.
- →Champion stakeholder partnerships: Facilitate requirements workshops, translate business needs into technical specifications, and craft compelling data stories.
- →Accelerate adoption: Promote BI best practices and drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and support.
- →Optimize solutions: Diagnose and resolve issues with DAX, M queries, and data refresh. Continuously improve and scale Power BI assets.
- →Align strategy: Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure all BI outputs tie directly to strategic objectives and KPIs.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- ✓4+ years’ hands-on experience with advanced Power BI development, including semantic modeling, DAX, and M.
- ✓4+ years in Data Analytics, with expertise in data modeling, visualization, and designing scalable BI solutions.
- ✓Proven mastery of DAX, M, relational database design, and query optimization techniques.
- ✓Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable insights.
- ✓Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills—adept at bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- ✓Track record of troubleshooting and optimizing Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
