Your work will help us deliver seamless, secure experiences to our 34,000 customers across 149 countries—including Enterprise Service Management, Endpoint Management and Security, and the AI-powered Ivanti Neurons platform. By joining us, you’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that truly makes a difference every day. **What you’ll do:** - Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for applications built with .NET, Angular, HTML, and CSS, using Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Manage the end-to-end test process by overseeing test data and environment setup, ensuring robust support for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing scenarios. - Build and maintain automated test frameworks for Windows and web-based applications and backend APIs, maximizing code quality across multiple platforms. - Configure and maintain various Windows environments in VMware VCD for testing purposes. - Work with scrum teams to understand product features, functionality, and contribute to the system integration test strategy and plan. - Focus on quality at all stages of software development, building traceability matrices for customer regressions. - Build and maintain cloud-agnostic automation coverage and integrate with CI/CD pipelines. - Partner with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps Engineers to ensure thorough test coverage, seamless integrations, and smooth product releases. - Lead code reviews for test automation, mentor peers, and drive the adoption of best practices in software quality engineering. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Agile ceremonies, including planning, standups, and retrospectives to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Advise on emerging trends in software quality, automation, and DevOps, proactively suggesting improvements to product stability and security. **What you will bring:** - 6+ years of professional experience in test automation, with strong hands-on skills in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred), and API automation. - Expertise in testing web applications and REST APIs, with working knowledge of Selenium, HTML, and CSS. - Good knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Server. - Hands-on experience in cloud security issue triaging and exploit validation. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or similar. - Proficiency in Windows client-side application testing, including installers, services, and system integration. - Exposure to application performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic). - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in load and performance testing. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and DevOps automation. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional, Agile teams. - Experience with on-premise lab setup. - Expertise in validating SQL Server installations, upgrades, patches, and cross-version compatibility. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. **Bonus points if you have:** - Exposure to robust native integrations and APIs. - Experience with large-scale, global SaaS solutions. - Experience collaborating on distributed teams. **Why Ivanti?** - Friendly, flexible schedules: Empower excellence anywhere and elevate human potential. - Competitive compensation & total rewards: Health, wellness, and financial plans for you and your family. - Global, diverse teams: Collaborate with talented colleagues from over 23 countries. - Learning & development: Grow through best-in-class learning tools and programs. - Equity & belonging: Every voice matters—your story helps shape our solutions for a changing world. **What drives us:** Ivanti’s mission is to elevate human potential within organizations by managing, protecting, and automating technology for continuous innovation.
