About the Role
Abacus Insights is seeking a Business and Data Analyst to join their Client Solutions team. This role involves working with healthcare administration software and data sets to support client implementation success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in consulting engagements with clients to improve operational performance
- →Analyze business requests and develop requirements and systemic solutions
- →Conduct process analysis and implement improvements
- →Develop designs for modifications to existing platform components
- →Evaluate new technologies and platforms as needed
- →Analyze data to validate quality and identify trends
- →Communicate concepts to both business and technical personnel
- →Assist with QA and application support
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent
- ✓5+ years of experience with Healthcare Administration software
- ✓Experience with SQL, Databricks, and/or Snowflake
- ✓Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- ✓Project organization and attention to detail
- ✓Motivation to solve problems and anticipate issues
