About the Role

The Parkinson’s Disease Account Executive is responsible for maximizing business opportunities with approved on-market products for the Parkinson’s Franchise. This role involves developing strategic business relationships with various healthcare professionals and Parkinson’s advocacy groups.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver effective on-label technical and scientific presentations/sales calls to highlight product benefits and risks.
→Leverage opportunities to understand and address customer needs, building relationships across accounts.
→Serve as the lead US Commercial contact with targeted accounts in assigned geography.
→Create, implement, and communicate strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts.
→Attend and actively participate in local neurology society meetings, conferences, and advocacy events.
→Develop business strategy, territory account plans, and align resources to support tactic execution.
→Remain current on clinical, market, and payer developments specific to Parkinson’s Disease.
→Complete all AbbVie required training and maintain adherence to company policies.
→Meet healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
→Represent AbbVie as a partner of choice in the Parkinson’s and Neuroscience space.
→Drive a personal auto or company vehicle.

Requirements

✓Proven experience in a similar sales or account executive role within the healthcare industry.
✓Strong understanding of Parkinson’s Disease and related therapeutic areas.
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✓Ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships.
✓Compliance with healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
✓Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✓Willingness to travel and attend evening or weekend events.
