About the Role
The Business Excellence Analyst will drive internal strategic projects and analyze data to create dashboards and reports. This role involves working with data infrastructure, designing KPI frameworks, and implementing policies for data management.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive internal strategic projects in collaboration with Business Excellence members
- βModel and analyze data about sales, segmentation, and promotional activities
- βCreate and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring timely updates
- βAnalyze data flows and work with Data Infrastructure to engineer automatic data synchronization
- βDefine and implement policies and procedures for systems and data management
- βEstablish data-quality metrics and requirements
- βDiagnose key areas in IFT organization requiring attention and suggest solutions
- βBuild and maintain market research and insight processing plans
- βExecute market research initiatives and translate outcomes into business suggestions
- βDesign and manage Sizing and Deployment Initiatives
- βIdentify opportunities for data-driven culture and partner with Brand Teams
- βProvide training on BI systems and processes
- βEnsure effective interactions with Global Teams and BI communities
Requirements
- βStrong background in data analysis and modeling
- βExperience with dashboard creation and reporting systems
- βKnowledge of data catalog and data quality management
- βAbility to design and implement KPI frameworks
- βExperience with market research and insight processing
- βStrong communication and training skills
- βUnderstanding of BI systems and processes
