About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join AbbVie. This role focuses on delivering sales performance and meeting brand KPIs and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed objectives
→Create precall plans using SMART objectives and execute postcall evaluations to continuously improve sales performance
→Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action
→Proactively serve customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build trusted customer relationships
→Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency
→Continuously build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, and market dynamics
→Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts

Requirements

✓Proven experience in sales or related field

✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
