About the Role
We are looking for an Event Support Specialist to join the Customer Excellence team in Wiesbaden. This role involves supporting the operational preparation, execution, and follow-up of events, acting as a key contact between departments, external service providers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a competent contact and functional link between involved departments
- →Support event initiators with event documentation
- →Conduct research for hotels, coordinate schedules, and handle bookings and invoicing
- →Verify compliance with requirements
- →Communicate with internal and external customers
- →Monitor required documentation and approvals
- →Create reports for event initiators within AbbVie
- →Process travel expenses, checking for accuracy and completeness
- →Collaborate closely with Event, Finance, and Compliance departments
- →Participate in or take over special projects outside of regular duties
- →Train new employees on processes
