About the Role

We are looking for an Automation and Supervision Developer to join our existing team of automation engineers. This role focuses on designing, developing, maintaining, and evolving automation and supervision systems to meet operational, technical, and regulatory needs in a pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and evolve SCADA applications.
→Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing supervisions.
→Deploy new supervision solutions based on site needs.
→Develop, modify, and troubleshoot programs on industrial PLCs.
→Participate in commissioning and testing phases of automated systems.
→Apply GMP requirements in all activities.
→Supervise modifications through site quality processes.
→Contribute to system qualification: IQ/OQ.
→Maintain records related to modifications.
→Apply 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
→Manage the lifecycle of automation equipment and software.
→Maintain an updated view of system architecture.
→Work closely with OT team on projects.

Requirements

✓Strong expertise in AVEVA solutions (System Platform, InTouch, Historian, etc.).
✓Experience with SCADA and PLC development.
✓Knowledge of GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
✓Experience with GMAO systems.
✓Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
