About the Role
The holder is part of an existing team of automation engineers / supervision developers, responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and evolution of automation and supervision systems to meet operational, technical, and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and evolve supervision applications (SCADA).
- →Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing supervisions.
- →Deploy new supervision solutions based on site needs.
- →Strong expertise expected on AVEVA solutions (System Platform, InTouch, Historian, etc.).
- →Write associated technical documentation.
- →Develop, modify, and troubleshoot programs on industrial PLCs.
- →Participate in commissioning and testing phases of automated systems.
- →Analyze malfunctions and propose permanent corrective actions.
- →Ensure the sustainability and evolvability of the site's automation park.
- →Apply GMP requirements in all activities.
- →Supervise modifications through site quality processes.
- →Participate in system qualification: IQ/OQ.
- →Write and maintain records related to modifications.
- →Apply 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
- →Contribute to the lifecycle management of automation hardware and software.
- →Maintain an up-to-date view of system architecture.
- →Propose improvement and standardization axes.
- →Populate and exploit GMAO for tracking interventions related to automated and supervision systems.
- →Participate in structuring preventive maintenance plans.
- →Work closely with the OT team.
- →Participate in cross-functional projects involving automation, supervision, and OT infrastructure.
- →Propose improvements for system robustness, cybersecurity, and performance.
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in SCADA systems and AVEVA solutions.
- ✓Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- ✓Knowledge of GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- ✓Understanding of system qualification processes (IQ/OQ).
- ✓Experience with GMAO systems.
- ✓Strong technical documentation skills.
