About the Role

AbbVie Germany is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to support managers within the R&D function. This role involves partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent management, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with business leaders to find common solutions focused on organizational effectiveness, talent management, development, retention, change management, and culture enhancement
→Advise departments on managerial and employee development using assessment tools like 360° feedback
→Implement the annual Talent Review process and coordinate talent and succession planning
→Establish and track key performance indicators for talent and performance management
→Manage annual performance assessment and rewards planning processes
→Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill key positions and build talent pipelines
→Lead reorganizations and support managers in implementing organizational changes
→Partner with business leaders to manage performance and develop incentive plans
→Lead and participate in local and global HR projects
→Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence
→Respect works council rights and maintain cooperation on personnel matters

Requirements

✓Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a research and development environment
✓Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and performance management
✓Ability to lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformations
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Experience with assessment tools and talent review processes
✓Understanding of works council relations and labor regulations
