About the Role
We are looking for an IT Business Data Analyst to join our Infrastructure Data Analytics function. This role involves exploring, analyzing, and visualizing complex data to identify issues and trends that drive transformation across our global technical landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently design and generate data reports, identify patterns and trends, conduct cost analysis, and address business questions by integrating, visualizing, and analyzing data
- →Discover and investigate root cause issues that highlight key business opportunities
- →Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements
- →Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of technologies for storing, transferring, integrating, visualizing, and statistically analyzing large and complex data sets
- →Demonstrate proficiency in combining data from multiple sources to achieve desired results
- →Effectively organize and present data insights, tailoring the format to match the audience
- →Produce reports (scheduled and adhoc) as required, responding with accurate and complete data and analysis
- →Assist data/report consumers to navigate and understand the results
- →Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- →Partner closely with IT Delivery teams to develop and share data-driven communications, standards, and deliverables
