About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join AbbVie's team. This role involves promoting medical products in the Mazowieckie, WarmiΕsko-Mazurskie, and Podlaskie regions.
Key Responsibilities
- βConduct effective promotional activities for assigned products in the designated territory.
- βEstablish and maintain contacts with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments, building AbbVie's reputation as a professional company providing high-quality products, healthcare solutions, and support.
- βAchieve set sales targets.
- βParticipate in additional company projects.
- βImplement marketing strategy by actively using promotional materials.
- βMonitor market activities of competing businesses and share information with the team and direct supervisor.
- βActively monitor tenders in all hospitals in your work area based on publicly available information.
- βRegularly monitor the use of contracts in all hospitals in your work area in the given therapeutic area based on publicly available information and NFZ reports.
- βImplement the promotional budget according to assumptions.
- βCooperate with external clients and engage them in company projects within the region/product group.
- βCo-organize promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, congresses in your region, and support central activities.
- βProcess actions in the field of documentation, information, and communication with clients.
- βPrepare the Regional Business Plan and discuss it regularly with your supervisor.
- βBe open to changes in structure due to strategy requirements.
- βTimely settlement of expenses, initiation of all actions in required systems in compliance with compliance principles.
Requirements
- βProven experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field.
- βStrong understanding of the healthcare industry.
- βExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- βAbility to meet sales targets and manage a territory effectively.
