About the Role
AbbVie is seeking an Account Manager for a maternity cover position in Lithuania. This role involves raising awareness of AbbVie’s pharmaceutical products among healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. The contract duration is estimated at 18-24 months, with potential for transitioning into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve set goals and KPIs for assigned therapeutic areas and territory.
- →Develop target lists of customers in accordance with product strategy.
- →Develop and implement plans including territory, account, and call plans with goals, action plans, time frames, and resources.
- →Build and maintain relationships with key external experts and decision makers.
- →Be the local expert of assigned products, delivering medical information in compliance with company strategy and regulations.
- →Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to customers.
- →Use promotional materials according to Business Unit strategy and applicable regulations.
- →Track and report progress against plans, redirecting efforts as necessary.
- →Organize live and virtual events with customers and deliver presentations.
- →Provide clear feedback to Direct Manager and report progress on marketing campaigns and product strategies.
- →Prepare visit and activities plans and enter realized visit information into the CRM system weekly.
- →Complete reporting into the CRM system accurately and timely.
- →Realize pre-planned visits in accordance with customer segmentation and visit frequencies.
- →Update territory and customer records regularly.
- →Ensure workplace data accuracy in all records and reports.
- →Deliver information about adverse effects or product complaints to the Medical Department within 24 hours.
- →Contribute to Brand Team activities, planning and implementing commercial Brand strategy.
- →Support Brand Manager in developing and executing product strategies and promotional programs.
- →Share best practices to enhance business success for assigned products.
- →Demonstrate expertise in disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence.
- →Obtain a deep understanding of the emerging multi-stakeholder environment.
- →Support Brand Manager in developing tactical Brand Plans and collect in-field insights.
- →Provide necessary in-field insights and support in promotional materials creation.
- →Comply with all ethical and business standards of the company.
- →Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) rules and procedures.
Requirements
