About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and build recruiting capabilities supporting our Operations teams. This role will deliver proactive recruiting strategies to position AbbVie as the employer of choice in the biopharma industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide recruitment leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Professionals
- →Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends
- →Lead effective recruiting processes and practices
- →Oversee pre-employment process and offer package preparation
- →Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies
- →Provide business partnership with hiring managers and leadership
- →Assess future talent needs and partner with business and finance
- →Pre-screen candidates and manage requisitions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership
- ✓Strong understanding of biopharma industry
- ✓Ability to develop and implement comprehensive Human Capital Response Plans
- ✓Knowledge of market trends and industry overviews
- ✓Experience with applicant tracking systems and reporting metrics
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
