About the Role
The Marketing Manager at AbbVie supports the development and execution of marketing plans for the company's eye care medical device. This role involves assisting with tactical execution, product positioning, key messaging, and brand promotion efforts under direction from senior marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support execution of strategic marketing plans in alignment with brand objectives.
- →Assist with development and delivery of marketing assets, including peer-to-peer content and rep-delivered tools.
- →Gather and analyze market data to aid in business performance analysis.
- →Help prepare unit demand forecasts and sales assumptions in collaboration with senior staff.
- →Support the preparation of reports and presentations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
- →Schedule field time to gather insights and assess marketing strategy execution.
- →Coordinate the review and approval process of marketing materials by working with legal, compliance, regulatory, and medical teams.
- →Assist with management of direct marketing expense budgets and collaborate with brand team and finance.
- →Maintain positive working relationships with sales force, key physicians, and internal teams.
- →Provide administrative brand support for national and regional congresses and society meetings.
- →Regular travel as needed (up to 50%).
Requirements
