About the Role

This role manages Patient Support Programs (PSP) operations across different therapeutic areas, ensuring program effectiveness and exemplary patient support. The position is responsible for program development, training, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage operations of Patient Support Programs for different therapeutic areas
→Facilitate program enhancements including new technology implementation, budget analysis, and external relations
→Manage third-party vendor contracts
→Collaborate with Patient Relations Manager and Commercial Managers to develop KPIs and ensure reporting systems are in place
→Provide monthly performance updates to the team
→Manage projects and contribute to strategic direction of the Patient Relations organization
→Define, measure, and address vendor service level achievement
→Manage creation, updating, and tracking of SOPs within the Patient Relations organization
→Work with brand teams to secure compliant implementation of projects
→Facilitate training for Third Party Vendor partners

Requirements

✓Experience in managing patient support programs
✓Strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation
✓Ability to develop and track KPIs
✓Experience with performance metrics analysis
✓Knowledge of compliance monitoring and customer service standards
