About the Role
We are looking for an Analytics Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on providing data-driven insights to support clinical development and precision medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- →Connect with cross-functional teams to design work product and serve as an analytics consultant
- →Anticipate and identify issues that could affect timelines or quality and develop options and solutions
- →Lead and help establish design principles and standards to ensure analytical work product consistency
- →Develop prototypes, test methods, and algorithms using statistical methods, ML, and AI
- →Enable data-driven insights to support clinical development continuum
- →Ensure adherence to federal regulations, GCPs, ICH Guidelines, and SOPs
- →Identify business needs and support creation of KPIs, reports, and statistical analyses
- →Coach and mentor junior team members
- →Work with cross-functional teams to strategize on analytics for clinical trial evaluation
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in analytics and statistics
- ✓Experience with machine learning and AI techniques
- ✓Knowledge of clinical development processes
- ✓Understanding of regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH, SOPs)
- ✓Ability to develop prototypes and test methods
- ✓Experience with data-driven insights and KPI development
