About the Role
Support the AbbVie Technical Operations Functions and the AbbVie Technical Centers worldwide. Resolve issues associated with commercial and research & development API’s and drug products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Evaluates and integrates relevant engineering advances for improving or solving problems
- →Understands the business implications of assigned products and processes and identifies engineering solutions compatible with business needs
- →Designs and executes experiments to test hypothesis related to project outcomes
- →Applies scientific knowledge to projects; determines priorities for experiments
- →Assures experimental quality through sound, independent, experimental design
- →Mentors less experienced engineers and provides technical direction and feedback
- →Present results of projects, both internally and externally
- →Develops productive collaborations and communications across functions
- →Responsible for timely project completion
- →May act as lead engineer, project leader, or project contributor
