Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager (all genders) at Abbvie

About the Role

We are looking for an Ethics & Compliance Manager to join our team at AbbVie in Germany. This role involves leading, monitoring, and developing the Ethics & Compliance program for the German location, supporting the Ethics & Compliance Director Germany in all compliance-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop and maintain a first-class compliance program in collaboration with the Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) and prepare and lead ACIF meetings to ensure representation, effectiveness, and alignment of all members
• →Provide advice and support on national and international industry standards (e.g., FSA, IFPMA, EFPIA Codes) and state anti-corruption regulations
• →Serve as a strategic partner to the business by providing Ethics & Compliance guidelines for planned Affiliate programs, activities, and strategies
• →Conduct compliance risk assessments, trend analyses, and develop and implement best-practice recommendations
• →Contribute to the global compliance program and international OEC goals by developing, implementing, and managing initiatives in various countries
• →Develop, implement, and coordinate training programs on elements of the code of conduct, guidelines, and industry-relevant regulations
• →Implement, manage, and interpret compliance policies and build and maintain effective communication channels
• →Participate in meetings of local industry associations, identify and communicate trends to the Ethics & Compliance Director Germany, ACIF, and international OEC leadership, and implement necessary changes in the Affiliate Compliance Program
• →Support investigations and coordinate external and internal audits to ensure corrective actions and timely implementation
• →Assess conflicts reported through the Ethics & Compliance Helpline
