About the Role
The PCP and Digital Engagement Lead serves as a strategic cross-functional leader responsible for expanding reach within the Primary Care Physician segment and spearheading digital engagement initiatives for the Acute Indication. This role focuses on developing targeted strategies to drive adoption among PCPs while leveraging digital channels to maximize portfolio impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute strategic plans to engage and expand the PCP customer base for the Acute migraine indication, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives.
- →Design and lead digital engagement initiatives including multi-channel campaigns, digital tools, and platforms to support PCP activation, education, and performance.
- →Analyze market insights, engagement metrics, and customer feedback to optimize initiatives for reach, impact, and return on investment.
- →Collaborate across functions including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, Business Insights, Public Affairs, and affiliate teams to align resources and strategies.
- →Influence without authority in a matrix environment, ensuring cross-functional support and stakeholder alignment for PCP and digital initiatives.
- →Identify engagement gaps and opportunities within the PCP channel, partnering with affiliates to co-create and implement solutions.
- →Manage relationships with external partners including vendors, agencies, digital platforms, and Key Opinion Leaders to drive innovation and best practices in digital engagement.
