About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Training Manager to join our Access and Reimbursement Training Team. This role will focus primarily on Eye Care, with secondary support to Oncology Field Reimbursement Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for the Access and Reimbursement organization, with a primary focus on Eye Care and secondary support to Oncology.
- →Analyze current training processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- →Design, develop, and implement modular, scalable training programs—including e-learning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions.
- →Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and training requirements within Eye Care and Oncology access and reimbursement.
- →Evaluate training effectiveness using data and business metrics, providing actionable feedback to stakeholders and partners.
- →Collaborate closely with internal eye care teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support of Eye Care-specific goals, while supporting Oncology initiatives.
- →Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, working with Legal/OEC and following MRP guidelines.
- →Proactively anticipate challenges and develop strategies to facilitate successful program rollouts.
