About the Role
We are seeking a highly talented trainer to play an integral role in the development and success of our educational engagement programs at Allergan Medical Institute. This position will report to the Director of AMI Educational Engagement and contribute to our commitment to innovation, education, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate AMI Immersive customer training programs in Austin, TX
- →Develop and manage AMI Training Center programs to meet customer and sales team needs
- →Implement customer engagement strategies for the end-to-end customer experience
- →Manage in-classroom technologies and engagement strategies, including content development
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to support training program development and execution
- →Work with the field team on program communications and initiatives
- →Manage program reports and field communications
- →Develop and facilitate workshops for key sales team meetings
- →Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, providing feedback and adjustments
- →Address issues promptly and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- →Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless program integration
- →Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
- →Maintain knowledge of Allergan Aesthetics products, platforms, and loyalty programs
