About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across assigned business units. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent aligned with AbbVie’s culture, compliance standards, and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruitment process (intake meeting through offer negotiation and onboarding transition)
- →Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, workforce planning, and sourcing strategies
- →Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines
- →Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with AbbVie’s employer brand
- →Conduct behavioral-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes
- →Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring metrics, funnel conversion rates)
- →Support diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing practices
- →Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Hiring Leaders on offer strategy and negotiations
- →Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
