About the Role
We are seeking a Trade & Channel Operations Lead to ensure effective management of customer pricing, rebates, and trade terms across France & Benelux. This role will support both commercial performance and compliance with AbbVie’s governance framework.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage customer pricing files, discount structures, and trade conditions.
- →Own the IPAS database and other databases linked to promotions.
- →Validate and track customer rebates, ensuring proper accruals and settlements.
- →Guarantee consistency of pricing and discount policies across channels and markets.
- →Support new product launches and price changes in collaboration with Marketing and Supply.
- →Ensure all trade contracts and commercial conditions are in line with AbbVie policies and legal requirements.
- →Monitor adherence to commercial governance and transactional monitoring procedures.
- →Liaise with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations to ensure smooth order flow and invoicing accuracy.
- →Develop tools and dashboards to monitor rebate impact, trade spend, and channel profitability.
Requirements
