Abby Care is seeking a Strategy & Growth Manager to lead statewide growth strategy in a fast-paced environment. This role combines strategy and execution, focusing on funnel optimization, data analytics, and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

→Optimize funnel operations by streamlining lead management and qualification processes
→Drive market growth by partnering with cross-functional teams
→Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize processes
→Create and run A/B tests to identify growth opportunities
→Ensure cross-functional alignment across departments
→Champion operational excellence by identifying and solving process gaps

Requirements

✓3+ years of operational leadership experience in analytical, fast-paced environments
✓Proven track record of end-to-end problem-solving and implementation
✓Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
✓Deep empathy and passion for helping underserved communities
✓Must reside or be willing to relocate to the Denver area
