About the Role
We are hiring exceptional sales professionals to join our elite sales organization as Business Development Representatives. These professionals will be the initial point of contact in the sales process for prospective accounts within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of experience, sales intuition, career ambition, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails
- →Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- →Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- →Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- →Exercise leadership and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- →Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- →Partner and work across sales teams
- →Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security product offering
Requirements
- ✓6 months to 1 year of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative
- ✓Fluency in a Nordic language is a must
- ✓Experience in a Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
- ✓Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
- ✓Capability of understanding customer pain points and correlating potential business value
- ✓Strong, professional communication skills -- written, verbal, and presentation
- ✓Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands while achieving production goals
- ✓Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
- ✓BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- ✓Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
