About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead how Abnormal shows up on social platforms. This hands-on role focuses on driving social strategy, blending brand storytelling, strategic editorial thinking, and AI-native content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve Abnormal’s social strategy, starting with LinkedIn
- →Build a publishing cadence tied to launches, campaigns, and industry moments
- →Write sharp, on-brand copy and collaborate with Design on visuals
- →Drive amplification for major brand moments and executive visibility
- →Create short-form assets from long-form content
- →Partner closely with Comms, Content, Design, and Product Marketing
- →Serve as the internal go-to for social content best practices
- →Monitor trends in AI, cybersecurity, and tech
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience owning B2B social strategy and execution
- ✓Exceptional writing skills and editorial judgment
- ✓Experience creating visuals or managing content production
- ✓Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows
- ✓Strong instincts for content performance and measurement
- ✓Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- ✓Proactive curiosity about market trends
