About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Image Operations Manager to join our Procurement Operations & Data Management team. This role focuses on ensuring the operational implementation of data processes, with the goal of providing timely, complete, and high-quality product data according to defined standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the product data process
- →Monitor upload status, completeness, and quality metrics
- →Ensure compliance with defined image and metadata standards
- →Guarantee timely submissions for launches, campaigns, and assortment changes
- →Serve as the central point of contact for suppliers and service providers in daily operations
- →Clarify questions regarding specifications, formats, and timings
- →Control and follow up on missing or incorrect product data
Requirements
- ✓Completed commercial training (e.g., office clerk, photo media specialist, e-commerce merchant, wholesale and retail, industrial clerk)
- ✓Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
- ✓Structured, solution-oriented work style with high attention to detail and process understanding
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Good German and English language skills
- ✓Experience with PIM or CMS systems is desirable
- ✓Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, is an advantage
