About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at ABOUT YOU. This role focuses on supporting our recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling workflows
- →Serve as the first point of contact for candidates with questions
- →Support the maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- →Assist in creating employer branding content and developing social media formats
- →Contribute ideas for employer branding initiatives
- →Coordinate career events from planning to execution
Requirements
- ✓Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Social Sciences, Psychology, HR, or a related field
- ✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars
- ✓Excellent communication skills in German and English
- ✓Reliable and discreet when handling sensitive data
- ✓Proactive approach to work and problem-solving
- ✓Interest in employer branding and motivation to support team projects
- ✓Strong sense of language, storytelling, and target group communication
- ✓High affinity for marketing and current trends on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
