About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team. This role focuses on supporting managers with strategic, personnel, and economic issues. You will accompany the planning and control of human resources, advise on labor law issues, analyze HR key figures, and ensure the efficient implementation of HR measures and market-oriented salary structures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise managers on labor law, personnel, and organizational issues
- →Promote engagement, alignment, and cultural development in the teams you support
- →Coach managers on people leadership topics such as change, feedback, performance, and team effectiveness
- →Manage the annual performance and compensation review process, including moderating calibration rounds
- →Analyze the HR data and business key figures of the units you support
- →Support cost center, headcount, and budget planning in collaboration with People Analytics
- →Participate in compensation reviews, benchmarking, and the further development of salary and benefit structures
Requirements
- ✓Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering with comprehensive expertise in strategic advising of managers
- ✓Proven experience in supporting and implementing change processes and in the sustainable anchoring of organizational transformations
- ✓Solid knowledge of labor law and handling labor law issues
- ✓Very good English skills in speaking and writing; German skills are an advantage
- ✓Strong hands-on mentality combined with structured, process- and solution-oriented thinking
- ✓Independent, structured, and result-oriented work style
