About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SAP Product Manager to join our ERP Product Management Team. This role focuses on ensuring the health and continuous improvement of our SAP landscape, particularly within financial processes like Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Purchase to Pay.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take end-to-end ownership of financial processes within SAP S/4HANA across O2C, P2P, R2R, or FI-CA/FI-CO
- →Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of financial workflows
- →Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into functional specifications
- →Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate functional and technical validation
- →Act as the subject-matter expert for your domain, providing guidance on SAP best practices
- →Collaborate across business and technical teams to balance operational efficiency with business needs
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in SAP Product Management or Senior Functional Consulting
- ✓Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance and integration points
- ✓Familiarity with high-volume B2C/B2B transactions
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to explain complex SAP logic to developers
- ✓Comfortable working in an agile environment using Jira
- ✓"Get-it-done" mindset with a proven track record of managing technical sprints
