About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Working Student to join our team. This role involves assisting with IT equipment setup, maintenance, and providing technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and other IT equipment
- →Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues
- →Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled as a working student in a relevant IT or Computer Science program
- ✓Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- ✓Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- ✓Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus
