About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Leader to join Abridge, a company transforming healthcare through AI-powered platforms. This role requires visionary leadership to scope, resource, and execute a company-wide reliability and engineering velocity roadmap across multiple environments and clouds.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and build a rapidly growing organization, focusing on reliability engineering, security, and healthcare applications
→Develop and execute a company-wide application reliability roadmap
→Lead development and improvement of SLOs across the entire company
→Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute strategic roadmaps
→Recruit, hire, and scale teams to meet ambitious goals
→Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a de-siloed culture

Requirements

✓3-6+ years as a manager in rapidly growing organizations
✓Experience leading performance engineering, load testing, and chaos engineering
✓Experience with large-scale distributed telemetry implementation
✓Experience managing workloads across containerized solutions and Kubernetes
✓Thought leadership in platform building and reliability engineering
✓Passion for Abridge’s mission to improve healthcare
