About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Abridge's Core Product Experiences pillar, responsible for the documentation and workflow experiences that clinicians interact with daily. You'll build workflows, systems, and AI-generated artifacts to help clinicians with their daily tasks across ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient care settings.

Key Responsibilities

→Own product strategy for a core product area, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics
→Conduct hands-on user research with clinicians to understand their needs and friction points
→Ship high-quality clinical workflows by partnering with engineering, design, and ML teams
→Integrate deeply with EHR environments like Epic to ensure seamless clinical routines
→Define metrics and drive outcomes by establishing clear KPIs and using data to evaluate performance
→Navigate ambiguity by creating structure and clarity in complex problem spaces

Requirements

✓5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping successful products
✓Builder mentality with experience driving products from discovery through launch and iteration
✓Strong user empathy and product taste, with instinct for what makes a product truly delightful
✓Healthcare or clinical workflow experience strongly preferred
✓Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clear roadmaps from messy problem spaces
✓Cross-functional credibility to work with ML engineers, designers, and health system executives
