About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join Abridge, a healthcare technology company using AI to transform clinical documentation. This is a highly visible, high-impact role focused on G&A and GTM functions, requiring you to lead full-cycle hiring across Finance, Legal, People, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-cycle recruiting across G&A and GTM functions, managing searches of varying complexity and seniority
- →Partner with hiring managers and executives to define competencies, structure interview plans, and drive high-quality evaluation
- →Manage multiple searches while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar
- →Proactively source and engage exceptional talent using creative outbound strategies
- →Own the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive process
- →Use data to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and guide stakeholder decisions
- →Continuously improve recruiting processes to support scalable growth
- →Champion inclusive hiring practices and embed equity into every stage of the interview process
- →Contribute to the evolution of our recruiting function by sharing best practices
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of experience recruiting for G&A and/or GTM teams in high-growth environments
- ✓Full-stack recruiting capabilities with strong ownership and accountability
- ✓Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent
- ✓Experience with data-driven recruiting and pipeline management
- ✓Consultative approach with the ability to influence senior leaders
- ✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple searches simultaneously
- ✓Commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teams
- ✓This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our New York City office with flexibility for remote work on other days.
