About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Support Engineer to join our team at Acceldata. This role involves taking on higher accountability in resolving complex customer challenges in multiple cloud ecosystems, with expertise in at least one. The focus is on delivering faster resolutions and ensuring seamless operations to enable customers to monitor, predict, and optimize their data systems for impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage support cases and troubleshoot intricate technical issues
- →Provide proactive solutions to empower organizations to maximize their data infrastructure
- →Collaborate with customers to understand their use cases and deliver tailored solutions
- →Work with internal teams to solve complex technical problems and improve support processes
- →Ensure seamless support operations for Gold and Enterprise customers
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of related experience in customer-facing support, post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles
- ✓Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as Kubernetes and Docker
- ✓Expertise in Linux distributions such as RHEL, Ubuntu, and SUSE
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Ability to handle situations calmly and bring a structured approach to problem-solving
- ✓Deep technical understanding and empathy for the customer’s situation
