About the Role

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist to join Accenture Federal Services, a technology company within global Accenture. This role involves supporting the sustainment of applications/services providing backend administration and support in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

→Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts
→Install Application client tools on VDI Images/Pools
→Troubleshoot connections to Applications and integrations
→Configure Load Balancing for Applications and Application configuration with SAML/SSO Authentication
→Provide Level 2 and 3 support for related integration issues
→Create management plans, validate sizing, and forecasted sizing
→Maintain licenses and key secrets in vault, STIGs, and CDRL Documentation

Requirements

✓4 to 7+ years of experience with VMware Horizon VDI
✓4 to 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration
✓Active Secret level security clearance
✓Bonus Skills
✓Linux Server Administration
✓Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
✓Familiarity with ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, CyberArk, VMWare/Horizon
