ā¢ In charge from the meetings from the hearing of the guests to Tentative, and establish quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
ā¢ To ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
ā¢ To solicit Rooms and Banquet business through action plan preparation and
ā¢ execution
ā¢ To work to create new plans, improve materials and tools, and increase customer attraction and contract rates
ā¢ Management of bridal fairs and the other events
ā¢ To maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications
ā¢ To support to Sales Manager. To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
ā¢ Answering emails, phone calls and the guest who come to the hotel
ā¢ To follow departmental policies and procedures
