• To hear of the guests and establish quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts • To work closely with the other sections and partner companies to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied • To work to update plans and tools to increase customer attraction • Planning and Management of bridal fairs and the other events. To participate the outside event • To maintain account and the other business details • To support to S&P Manager. • To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required • Answering emails, phone calls and the guest who come to the hotel • Other duties as assigned  • ゲストの要望を聞き、見積もりを作成し、価格交渉を行う。 • 他セクションや協力会社との連携を密にし、契約内容が全て履行され、ゲストが満足して出発できるようにする。 • 集客力アップのための企画やツールの更新作業 • ブライダルフェアやその他イベントの企画・運営外部イベントへの参加 • アカウント管理、その他業務管理 • S&Pマネージャーのサポート • 必要に応じて、週報、月報、四半期報告、年次報告書の作成 • メール、電話、来客対応 • その他指示された業務
