About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team at Accurx, a fast-growing healthcare technology company. This role is mission-critical and central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS, enabling faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive delivery of our AI and Ambient Scribe capability to save healthcare professionals time
→Manage user-facing product features for Ambient Scribe
→Ensure high-impact features are delivered on time with measurable impact
→Guide technical direction and champion best practices around code quality
→Lead and grow your team, supporting recruitment, development, and performance reviews
→Enable cross-team success by collaborating with other engineering managers and stakeholders

Requirements

✓Strong technical background with experience in C# or Java
✓Experience in user-centric, multidisciplinary teams
✓Strong business mindset to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
✓Delivery-focused with experience in agile teams
✓Understanding of best practices around monitoring, alerting, and maintaining service health
✓Strong management experience overseeing the full employee lifecycle
