About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Associate to join our team at Accurx, a fast-growing healthcare technology company. This role is mission critical and central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS, enabling faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implementing our AI Scribe across GP practices, hospitals, and other care settings
- →Translating our expertise from implementing total triage in GP practices to improve hospital specialist services
- →Powering communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
- →Owning lifecycle management from onboarding new joiners to supporting offboarding
- →Managing the IT support queue, triaging and resolving tickets
- →Keeping meeting rooms, AV equipment, and shared IT spaces running reliably
- →Provisioning and managing access to our software tools
Requirements
- ✓You’re looking for an entry-level role or early in your IT career
- ✓You’re organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- ✓You enjoy solving problems and helping others through technology
- ✓You thrive in a collaborative team environment
- ✓You have foundational IT knowledge and a strong appetite to learn more
