About the Role
We are looking for a People Partner to join our team at Accurx, a fast-growing healthcare technology company. This role is mission critical and central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the implementation of outcome-driven people practices that foster a high-performing, engaging, and inclusive culture
- →Provide strategic business partnering to leaders, managers, and employees within Product and Technology
- →Manage performance management, culture and experience, learning and development, and talent management
- →Act as a coach and advisor to support team growth and development
- →Ensure people processes and experiences across the employee lifecycle are simple and user-friendly
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience working with tech teams
- ✓Strong judgment in decision-making and complex employee situations
- ✓Ability to operate with autonomy and identify areas where you can add value
- ✓Solid foundation in areas like performance management, employee relations, coaching, and talent management
- ✓Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- ✓Data-informed approach to understanding trends and measuring impact
