About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join Accurx, a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on improving communication in healthcare systems. This mission-critical role will shape the core communication infrastructure of the NHS, enabling faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement and analyze our AI Scribe across various healthcare settings
- →Translate expertise from implementing total triage in GP practices to hospital specialist services
- →Power communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
- →Bridge data and strategy by setting KPIs and tracking impact of changes
- →Optimize the user journey through deep-dive product analyses
- →Drive scientific improvement by designing and analyzing A/B tests
Requirements
- ✓Analytical background with experience in product-focused analytics
- ✓Hands-on experience with A/B testing
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and designers
- ✓Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R
- ✓Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude
- ✓Strong storytelling and visualization skills
