About the Role
We are looking for a SOP & Training Content Development Intern to join Arkansas Food Innovation Center in Springdale, AR. This 90-day internship focuses on creating clear documentation and instructional videos for food entrepreneurs using a shared-use commissary kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop written Standard Operating Procedures for commissary equipment including operation, cleaning, sanitation, and safety steps
- →Create step-by-step checklists and quick-reference guides for tenants
- →Record and edit short instructional videos demonstrating proper equipment use and cleaning
- →Gather watchouts, FAQs, and troubleshooting notes for training materials
- →Work closely with staff to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content
- →Organize materials into a tenant-friendly onboarding library
Requirements
- ✓Current Arkansas state resident
- ✓Ability to work full-time in the United States without current or future need for visa sponsorship
