📄 Job Description – Senior UI/UX Designer (Automotive Applications) Experience: 6 to 9 years Location: Bangalore Work mode: Hybrid 🚗 Role Context This role is focused on designing innovative mobile and web applications for the automotive industry. It blends creative concept design with hands-on UX/UI execution, requiring strong collaboration with product managers and engineers. 📌 Responsibilities Conceptualization: Create compelling concepts for current and futuristic automotive applications. User Research: Gather and evaluate requirements with product managers and engineers. UX Design Solutions: Deliver wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, prototypes, and visual designs. UI Design: Develop graphic interface elements, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate app functionality. Presentation: Prepare and present drafts to teams and stakeholders for feedback. Consistency: Adhere to style standards (fonts, colors, images) to maintain brand identity. 👉 Interpretation: This is a hands-on design role where the candidate must move from concept to prototype and ensure usability across platforms. 🎯 Mandatory Skills Degree in UX design, computer science, or media design (or equivalent qualification). 5+ years of experience in UX design and user-centered methods. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects. Expertise in personas, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, navigation models. Advanced Figma skills; experience with design systems and guidelines for mobile apps. Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines + cross-platform design. Experience with Agile methods (scrum, sprints, iterative design). Strong team spirit, communication, moderation, and presentation skills. 👉 Interpretation: The JD demands a senior-level designer with proven experience, not just creative flair but also technical rigor in design systems and mobile OS guidelines.
