Role Highlights · Identify and close clients on Upwork & freelance platforms · Write strong, customized proposals · Manage the full bidding and communication cycle · Work with technical teams on estimates and project scoping · Build long-term client relationships and maintain a solid pipeline

Requirements · 1–2 years of proven Upwork bidding experience in IT services · Understanding of web/mobile development · Strong communication & lead qualification skills · Goal-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
